  3. 1/4 tsp hing,
  4. 1 tbsp chopped garlic,
  5. 4 dry red chilli broken into halves,

  1. Segregate the leaves from the hard stem, wash them thoroughly.
  2. Chop the leaves a lil fine, wash it again, strain it, keep aside.
  3. Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes hing, cook it for 30 sec.
  4. Add garlic now, saute it until brown.
  5. In goes dry red chilli b, saute it until brown.
  6. Add saag & salt now. Mix it well.
  7. Cover it with the lid, cook it on low flame until almost cooked. Stir it between.
  8. Open the lid, stir fry it until dry. Adjust the flame accordingly.
  9. Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for 5 minutes.
  10. Open the lid, take out in a serving bowl.
  11. Can be served along with steamed rice.
