  2. Add ginger, garlic paste and roasted them then meat change their color add salt and spices mix well and cook few minutes then add water (1 & 1/2 cup) and cover it untill meat get tender,
  3. Now add yoghurt and taro root (Arvi) mix them and cover again, until unless taro root get tender completely,
  4. After that add water (1cup), roasted cumin powder,lemon juice mix well and cover again for 7 to 10 minute..
  5. In the last add coriander leaves and dish it out
