- Wash and peel the pumpkin and grate it in a bowl add grated paneer add gram flour add green chilies 1/2 of the above dry spices add salt to taste mix all well. If needed add little water for making kofta.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep fry when it's hot drop koftas from above batter don't make the crowd at a time fry until becomes slightly brown from all sides. Transfer all koftas into the plate.
- For gravy-
Now heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan add cumin seeds when the crackers add chopped onions 2-3 sliced green chilies saute - Add tomato puree saute when oil starts sepreting from edges add remaining 1/2 of dry spices saute add water depends on gravy countisency cover cook for 2 min add fried koftas in it cook for 3-4 min.
- Now your pumpkin kofta curry is ready to serve. Add some green coriander leaves.
