- 2 medium sized tomatoes

- 2 tbsp cream/malai
- 1 tsp chilli powder

- As Per Taste Salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch asafoetida
- 1 tsp kasuri methi

- Put chopped palak in a non-stick pan and cook on medium flame.
- Once the spinach cools down, squeeze out the water from it.
- Take a mixing bowl and put grated paneer in it.
- Now add blanched spinach and all the spices red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste.
- Lastly, add gram flour for binding the koftas.
