  3. 1/2 cup Urad Dal

  5. 3-4 green chillies

  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Few curry leaves
  11. Some coriander leaves
  12. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  14. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  15. As Per Taste Salt
  16. As Required Oil to fry
  17. For Aamchur chutney
  18. 1 cup Aamchur powder
  19. 2.5 cups hot water
  20. 2 Tbsp roasted cumin powder
  21. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  22. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  23. 1 cup sugar
  24. as per taste Salt
  25. For Dahi
  26. 1 cup Dahi
  27. 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
  28. 1/2 tsp black salt
  29. For Green Chutney
  30. 1 sprig coriander leaves
  31. Few mint leaves
  32. 1 ginger chopped
  33. 3-4 garlic cloves chopped
  34. 4-6 green chillies

  1. For Dal Pakodi - soak all Dals separately for 3 hrs, drain and add to blender.
  2. Add coarsely chopped onion to the blender, green chilies, chopped ginger, salt, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, and black pepper powder, and add little water, make a coarse paste, add to a bowl.
  3. Add baking soda to the batter and mix well. The battery is ready. In a wok heat adequate oil, wet your four fingers, and take a small ball of batter, add it to the oil, add 3-4 and fry golden in medium flame. Set aside. Pakodi is ready
