- Cut your snake gourd in to cubes boiled in water adding little bit of haldi,salt remove the excess if water and do tadka over it....take a kadai pour some oil add. Black rai,urad dal,channa dal,hing add sukka red chilli,add your boiled subji add your grated coconut on the top your subji is ready.
