  4. Add scrambled eggs and the green pepper. Mix to combine
  5. Stir in the soy sauce mix well and simmer for 5 min
  6. I forgot the black pepper and added it at the end of cooking immediately after adding the soy sauce. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly. Simmer for 5min and serve. Enjoy
