- In a pan heat 1 Tbsp ghee and add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and cook until raw smell leaves
- Add khus khus, add cashew nuts, 1/2 cup water and stir well for 5 mins, set aside. Cool and add to a blender to make a paste.
- Add salt to chopped Methi leaves and soak for 15 mins, drain water
- In a pan heat 1 Tbsp ghee and add cumin seeds, when it splutters add cashew - onion paste and cook until colour changes. Add chopped Methi leaves, peas and add 1 cup water. Stir and cook to cover for 15 mins
- Add milk, 1 Tbsp cream and Makhana. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins
- Add salt, black pepper powder and if need be add water. Stir and set aside to plate
- Plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, 1 Tbsp cream and enjoy with Naan or Roti
