In a mixer put tomato and make puree keep aside. - Heat ghee.add laung Elaichi dalchini tejpata add ginger garlic green chilli saute for few seconds add Onion and cook till transulant add capsicum and cook. Add tomato puree and cook cover till it separates oil
Add salt red chilli powder black pepper garam masala mix and cook for few minutes.keep aside - Boil cauliflower carrot beans peas and keep aside.

Grate onion and potato
Heat oil.add potato and fry in medium flame till crispy same as for onion keep aside. - Assembling
Take a heavy bottomed pot.
Spread rice in bottom 1st layer
Spread gravy on top 2nd layer
Spread boiled veg 3rd layer
Spread onion and potato crispy coriander leaves kewra water drops yellow colour and drops of ghee on sides and top.final layer - Cover the pot properly and cook in low heat for 10 min.
