  5. 1 pack Shan PilauBiryani Masala
  6. 1 cup oil/ghee

  8. 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  9. 6-8 Button red chilies
  10. 3-4 green chilies
  11. Pinch yellow food colour
  12. 2 tbsp milk
  13. 1/2 cup fried onion
  14. For Rice
  15. 750 gm Rice
  16. 3 tsp Salt
  17. 1 tbsp vinegar

Steps to make to make Beef Pulao Biryani

  1. In a pot, heat the oil or ghee. To make sliced onion golden, fry. Add shan pulao biryani masala and button red chilies. fry for a few minutes. Fry the beef till it changes colour after adding the ginger and garlic paste. Add enough water to the beef to cover it. Cook under cover until more than halfway done. add tomatoes & potato quarters. until both are tender, cook.
  2. Wash and soak rice according to rice type boil 6 glass of water with salt & vinegar add drained rice & boil till 90% done.drain & keep in strainer.
  3. Fill the bottom of the saucepan with a layer of rice. rice with the meat masala mixture. Pour milk with food colouring in it over the rice. then apply a second layer of rice. sprinkle yakhni with. Include coloured milk. the fried brown onion and chopped green chilies. For 5-7 minutes, cover and maintain at high heat before reducing the flame.
